A full-body workout featuring rhythm riding both in and out of the saddle. Expect weights, sprints, hills and a full vibe to work the upper body, legs and core. All levels are welcome as modifications are offered.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 1 hour cancellation policy for all rides. Unlimited members will be charged R50 for late cancels.
