Lisha Stahnke
Meet @lisha_fitness, a Cape Town native and overall boss babe empowering those around her.
With a background in sports and athletics, playing a variety of sports (Sprinting. Athletics, tennis, volleyball) as well as Western Province basketball for 7 years and competing in numerous fitness shows, this little firecracker has been in the fitness industry for 12+ years now.
A qualification as an exercise specialist from ETA (Exercise Teachers Academy), as well as being trained and experienced in different forms of training styles & routines has enabled her ability to teach a wide variety of clients including children, pre and post natal elderly and more!
Her approach towards training is both challenging and fun, pushing clients to reach their ultimate potential while at the same time keeping the workouts fun and exciting. Her bubbly personality and love of music means her clients will always be laughing and having a blast!
From H.I.I.T (Body Weight & Weighted) to strength training, kettlebell flow & techniques, weight training, Interval Training, Circuits to Functional Training, she uses customized exercises to focus on specific muscle groups.
She has a huge passion for the music industry, so her sessions are combined with variety of music and genres, creating Playlists that you can tap into at anytime.
With her unique approach and ability to design workouts that yield exceptional results, Lisha is a fitness force.

With over a decade of natural training experience, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve elite-level results without shortcuts. As a self-coached bodybuilder who has worked alongside top-tier bodybuilding coaches, I combine proven techniques with a personalized approach to help clients reach their full potential.
A lifelong athlete and certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, I specialize in athletic performance enhancement and tailored body transformation programs. My background includes extensive experience in program design for both general fitness and sport-specific training.
Whether you're aiming to reshape your physique, boost athletic performance, or dial in your nutrition for long-term health and success, I offer the tools, knowledge, and support to guide you every step of the way.

Oums Ridard

Oums is a passionate personal trainer, yoga instructor, and movement coach dedicated to helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies. With over eight years of personal fitness experience, she combines strength training, mobility work, and yoga to create a well-rounded approach to movement and holistic health.
Her fitness journey started with a love for strength training, which later evolved into a deep appreciation for yoga after completing her 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India. This transformative experience shaped her coaching style, blending functional strength and flexibility to help clients move better and prevent injuries.
At Oxygen Fit, Oums offers personal training, group fitness, and meditation spin classes, creating an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, enhance mobility, or develop a balanced routine, she’s here to guide you every step of the way.

Mo is an optometrist by day and a spin machine by night. His rides? Full-throttle, rhythm-packed, and soaked in oonts oonts beats. Expect big vibes and bigger drops. Clip in, saddle up, and join the heat every Tuesday and Thursday. Warning: Side effects may include sweat, a rush of endorphins, and an unstoppable urge to dance on the bike!

Kelly (or better known as Kels) is the definition of high energy. Kels is our in-HAUS hype girl. As a bodybuilder, she is all about her dumbbells and shaping the arms in her classes and her music varieties have no limits. You know you are going to get a killer workout and a party at the same time, EVERY TIME your spin with Kels and her Dumbbells.

With a voice like Jacques’, who wouldn’t be excited to be in his class? A true “Jacq” of all trades, he’s a personal trainer, Airbnb manager, and food lover who brings energy and passion to everything he does. Expect karaoke moments, a vibey playlist, and rhythm-based choreography that keeps you moving and motivated!

Meagan Claasen
The Meagan method - small town girl with big city dreams. 16 years in the fitness industry, with a honors degree in sports science, ergonomics and psychology. My biggest passions - changing people's perspective of exercise, health and wellness and instill it in their every day lives vs using it as a "quick fix". I believe in the holistic approach, focusing on the physical, mental and emotional side of health wellness and fitness. I am very competitive, very, however my love for fitness and exercise, has me smiling throughout most training sessions. I LOVE seeing people smile and living in the moment - it means more to me than winning any day of the week 🫶🏻
